Y’all, I don’t know how it is already more than halfway through August — AUGUST — but I do know one thing: That means The Year of Shadows comes out NEXT WEEK (August 27th, to be exact!).
Which makes me feel kinda like . . .
And, to celebrate the release of The Year of Shadows, I’m thrilled to officially announce . . .
. . . the Year of Shadows blog tour!!!
That’s right! Starting Monday, August 19th and going through Friday, September 6th (excluding Labor Day Weekend), The Year of Shadows and I will be going on tour to some truly FANTASTIC blogs all over the Internets. And when I say FANTASTIC, I mean so fantastic that working with them on this tour was kind of like this:
And guess what?? Simon & Schuster is giving away a finished hardcover copy of The Year of Shadows at each tour stop!!! Altogether, that’s SIXTEEN chances to win!
BEHOLD! The official schedule:
Wednesday, 8/21: At The Book Cellar, I share some of the music on my Year of Shadows playlist!
Thursday, 8/22: At Foodie Bibliophile in Wanderlust, I talk about my journey from a band nerd to a writer (with audio clips of my college brass quintet!)

YOWZA. Talk about some awesome blogs — and some fun topics! I can’t wait to share these posts about The Year of Shadows with you. I hope to see you at each stop! In the meantime . . .
P.S. I may have a
humongous little bit of an obsession with My Little Pony and related gifs. FORGIVE ME I CANNOT HELP MYSELF.
